Generally Disaster is related to those situations where it happens abruptly and general public is not able to face the problem himself. These disasters happen due to some carelessness or some natural happenings. Customarily at Banda district the dependents of natural calamities like flood, Drought, Fire etc are helped up to some extent by District Authorities.
